Molly has over five years of experience providing professional development support, clinical consultation, and clinical supervision to LCSWAs, MSW field students, and fully-licensed psychotherapists across disciplines. Molly has provided continuing education trainings focused on the intersections neurodivergence and trauma, aging, and on modifying and utilizing common therapeutic modalities from a neuro-affirming lens.

Molly’s clinical practice has focused primarily on outpatient individual and group mental health. She has worked with a wide variety of demographics from co-occurring disorders, crisis stabilization, and trauma recovery.

Molly’s work has an ongoing aim of working towards continuing to build an explicitly anti-racist, anti-ableist, and queer celebratory practice. Her clinical training has largely focused on the following modalities:

• Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)

• Relational Psychotherapy

• Groups, Individual, and Parenting Supports

• Motivational Interviewing

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

• EMDR certified - NOT a consultant

LCSWA Supervision fees:

Individual or group supervision fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will consider sliding scale* availability. Considerations on fees include: agency reimbursement rates for outside supervision, your income versus other financial responsibilities, student loan debt, practice setting, frequency supervision sessions and intermittent session contact required, how much you may be charging your patients if you an independent private practitioner, and personal cultural capital.

*Sliding Scale range begins at $50 for an hour supervisory session depending on income and factors mentioned above.

Consultation Fees:

Consultation rates follow Molly’s hourly session rate of $155/hour for brief consultation. For ongoing consultation fees may be discussed based on need and frequency of consultation supports.
