Our Services

Psychotherapy Services:

Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

Individual psychotherapy sessions include one-on-one work with one of our clinicians or interns. Our therapists are trained to work with neurodivergent (as well as neurotypical) individuals across the lifespan, and with their family members. Individual psychotherapy is ideal for addressing co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and more. Individual sessions are sometimes provided in addition to group participation.

More Information about Our Groups

Modified DBT Groups

This group will utilize creativity and neurodivergence affirming perspectives to teach DBT-based skills of mindfulness, emotional awareness and regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. We focus on building a sense of individual and communal empowerment among our group members. Through this group we hope to provide individuals with a working toolbox of skills to pull on in times of crisis, to navigate unexpected life events, difficult relationships, and to develop an internal sense of validation of life-experiences.

Raising Neurodivergent Kids

This eight-week program is for parents/caregivers of children who are autistic, ADHD, and/or have been diagnosed with an intellectual/developmental disability (IDD). These sessions will offer insight and guidance for any parent/caregivers navigating the unfamiliar territory of raising a neurodivergent child. This program is designed to assist families in several ways. First, by connecting them with other families in their community. Second, by providing perspective on their emotional experience that can lead to acceptance and empowerment. Third, by helping them understand the goals of healthy, conscious parenting. As well as by helping to navigate various supports and resources in their community.

The Empowering Nudge Group

This group is for parents/caregivers of teens or young adults who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). These sessions will provide targeted advice on ways to give your teen/young adult the nudge they need to be more independent, self-sufficient, and a self-empowered neurodivergent adult. Including topics such as “how do I challenge my child without pushing them too far?”, “How do I navigate the world of technology in relation to my neurodivergent young adult?”, and “How do I teach them the life skills they need?”, this program aims to help you healthily support your child.
