One of Molly’s particular focuses is on helping neurodivergent trans, and non-binary folx who have experienced trauma to cope, recover, and grow as empowered individuals.  Molly’s trauma-informed supports focus on a wide variety of past experiences, including, but not limited to, attachment-based trauma, interpersonal violence, spiritual trauma, and physical, emotional, and/or sexual abuse or neglect.

"If we're used to seeing beauty, goodness, and value in others, and treating them well as a result, we must learn to also treat ourselves the same way. I do not believe there is anything so wrong, broken, or unattractive about you that you are not worth receiving the kindness you would give others".

Hannah believes that true growth comes from a place of decolonized, liberatory culture. When we start from a place of curiosity and openness we create the space that is necessary for crafting ease, belonging, and thriving.
